1. Scope and purpose

This Privacy Policy explains how MeetCraig collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our product. It applies to information connected to the MeetCraig marketing site and application experience as of March 19, 2026.

MeetCraig is designed to help Canadian businesses discover, evaluate, and manage government funding opportunities. Because that work often depends on company and project context, some of the information we process may relate to your organization, internal plans, and application workflow.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through product usage, and limited technical information that helps us operate and secure the service.

  • Account details such as name, email address, login credentials, and organization membership information.
  • Business and project context you provide, including company profile information, funding priorities, project descriptions, and related intake answers.
  • Application workflow data, such as saved opportunities, scoring results, checklist progress, or notes you create inside the product.
  • Billing and subscription records needed to manage paid access, invoices, entitlements, and related support issues.
  • Technical and usage data such as browser information, approximate device details, timestamps, and logs used for performance, debugging, and abuse prevention.

3. How we use information

We use collected information to provide and improve MeetCraig, operate accounts and organizations, secure the service, and communicate with users.

  • Provide account access, organization collaboration features, and core application workflows.
  • Match businesses to funding opportunities and generate eligibility, scoring, or guidance outputs.
  • Support billing, subscription management, and account administration.
  • Monitor system reliability, investigate errors, prevent misuse, and maintain security.
  • Respond to user questions, product feedback, and support requests.
  • Improve search, analysis, and product quality over time.

4. AI-assisted analysis

Some MeetCraig features use AI-assisted processing to analyze program information, generate summaries, and help evaluate business fit against grant or loan criteria.

That means data you submit for analysis may be processed by third-party AI or infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. We use that processing to return product functionality, not to promise legal, financial, or funding outcomes.

You should avoid submitting information you do not want processed for this purpose, and you remain responsible for reviewing important funding decisions before acting on them.

5. Service providers and sharing

We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate MeetCraig, provide requested services, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights and users.

  • Infrastructure and database providers that host the application and store account data.
  • Payment processors and billing tools used to manage subscriptions and transactions.
  • AI and analytics providers that support product features, diagnostics, and service improvement.
  • Professional advisors or authorities where disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or public safety.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, meet legal or financial obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business records.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

7. Your choices

You can contact us to request account help, update contact information, or ask questions about data handling. Depending on your jurisdiction and relationship with MeetCraig, you may also have rights related to access, correction, or deletion of certain information.

We may need to keep some records where required for legal, billing, security, or operational reasons, even if related data is otherwise removed from active product workflows.

8. Contact
