Clear terms for using MeetCraig.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MeetCraig as of March 19, 2026. By accessing the website or using the product, you agree to these terms.

MeetCraig is a software product that helps businesses research funding opportunities, evaluate program fit, and organize application work. The service may evolve over time, and some features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the product develops.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account or organization workspace.

If you create or administer an organization within MeetCraig, you represent that you have authority to manage access for that organization and its members.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use MeetCraig to violate law or third-party rights.

MeetCraig may provide search results, fit assessments, summaries, workflow suggestions, and AI-assisted guidance. These outputs are informational tools intended to support decision-making.

Use of MeetCraig does not guarantee eligibility, approval, funding, funding amount, application quality, or any specific business result. You remain responsible for reviewing official program requirements and validating important decisions independently.

Some parts of MeetCraig may require a paid subscription or may be subject to usage limits. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges for the selected plan.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew until cancelled. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by MeetCraig.

You retain ownership of the information, text, documents, and business context you submit to MeetCraig. You grant MeetCraig the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, analyze, and display that content in order to operate the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content and that its use within MeetCraig will not violate law or third-party rights.

MeetCraig and its related software, branding, design, site content, and product features are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights granted to use the service, these terms do not transfer ownership of MeetCraig intellectual property to you.

MeetCraig is provided on an as available and as is basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every funding or compliance scenario.

To the extent permitted by law, MeetCraig and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, address non-payment, or respond to material violations of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MeetCraig after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
